A life without technology
My generation has grown up sorrounded by technology, and we are all dependant on it, I am no exeption. TV, internet, computers, mp3's and playstations are esential parts on any teenagers life in the 21th century. The thought of living without technology does'nt strike me as even a remotely possible dilemma. When I imagine it though, it strikes me as a horrible nightmare. I mean, I don't even concider other ways of interacting and communicating, than through a computer or TV screen. It actually frightens me how, society and also myself so quickly have become reliant on technology that was unthinkable, as little as 50 years ago. If all modern technology suddenly disappeared, I would have to deal with it, but as long as I have all these things I wil go on in the same manner as I always have.

United vs. Chelsea
On Sunday the 11th of January 2009 Manchester United hosted Chelsea in what was expected to be one of the clashes of the season. Old Trafford was the venue. The game was highly antisipated all over the world and millions benched in front of their TVs all around the world. Both teams were in the race for the title before the game, but a lot of people thought the loser would be out of the race. Uniteds manager had been under hard critisizm from Liverpools manager Rafael Benitez, but his side rsponded in a brilliant manner. In a tight first half, United were the better team but didnt get the opener before the last minute when Nemanja Vidic headed in 1-0 behind Petr Cech. From there on, there were only really one team on the pitch and in the second half Wayne Rooney and Dimitar Berbatov made it 3-0. This win puts United in a great position before the socond half of the season.
Manchestere United are now 5 points behind leaders Liverpool with games in hand, which means two wins will put them in the driverseat for the title. Uniteds next game is at home to Wigan this wednesday and should be an easy task for a team who should be boosting with confidence after that impressing win over Chelsea.
